My Shamanic Healing is based in Core Shamanism as taught by Sandra
Ingerman, Energy Medicine of the Americas as taught by Alberto Villoldo and
The Four Winds Society, and Energy Medicine in the Andean Mystical tradition
following the lineage of Juan Nuñez del Prado, Joan Parisi Wilcox, Elizabeth
Jenkins and the living Q’ero teachers of the Global Paqo School.
I am also trained in several other energy modalities which influence
my work.
My approach is often a blending of psychotherapy and shamanic and
energy healing.
We have been trained to view the world through a mental and emotional lens, where
understanding and insight and mental control of habits is prized above all. However, this
alone does not resolve many of the patterns and stories that plague us.
Shamanic healing works with spiritual and energetic dimensions and frequencies of illness
and emotional patterns. However, because of the strong cultural training that favors the mental
and emotional lens, it is often important to have an understanding of energy shifts that happen
through shamanic healing to be able to establish a new map and change our story.
Through blending psychotherapy WITH shamanic
and energy healing, we address mind, emotions,
body, soul and spirit.
All the work we do is with your permission ~ you have the right and sovereignty
to refuse any type of work that is not comfortable for you, and I encourage and
support you to follow your intuition and inner wisdom.
